Pickup over Delivery! I've been harping on this since COVID hit - restaurants and brands need to focus on pickup. Especially curbside pickup. It's convenient, easy to execute and the tech and operational costs are a fraction of delivery. The brands that stay hyper focused on delivery while ignoring curbside are going to get out paced - mark my words!
